I’m the baker, cake maker and creative mind behind Polka Dot Cakes, based in Lancing, West Sussex.

 

What started as a love of baking at home has grown into something I’m incredibly passionate about — creating cakes that are not only delicious, but also feel personal and special to the person celebrating.

 

I love experimenting with flavours, trying new techniques and turning an idea, theme or even a few colours into something completely unique. From beautiful celebration cakes and cupcakes to bakes inspired by flavours from around the world, there’s always something new coming out of my kitchen!

 

For me, a cake is more than just dessert. It’s part of a birthday, a milestone, a surprise, a thank-you or simply an excuse to celebrate. ✨
